People may live in ‘bricks and mortar’, but their reasons for buying that ‘bricks and mortar’ are more likely to relate to the experiences they believe they will have by living there, rather than the outer-cladding or number of square metres under roof.

Buyers think a lot about location; how easy is this to get to schools, workplace, shops, etc.? They think about leisure time; what sporting facilities, parks, rivers and beaches are nearby? They imagine themselves entertaining, relaxing or even working in the home.

A good agent will know how to help create those pictures and will have all local area information available for potential buyers. As agents, we find out what a vendor has enjoyed most during their time living in the home and share those experiences with you, the buyer.

When we take you through a property, we give you the opportunity to really feel what it would be like to live there. We won’t march you through, with a quick nod to the bedroom, the kitchen or the back deck. We’ll give you the chance to actually sit in the chair and enjoy the view, just as you might do when you live there yourself.

You only have to ask our recent buyers of Leivesley Street or San Vito Court what they bought… ‘bricks and mortar’ or the ‘experience’! We certainly understood we were selling them the latter.
