Below are the simple steps you can take to ensure you achieve this.

Each of our available or soon to be available properties are listed on our website “ Rental Listings”. This listing will show a full description of the property along with color photographs, direction map, the day and time of the 'open home' and where an inspection of the property can be undertaken.
Rental Listings can also be obtained from our office at 255 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg.

1. Drive past your chosen property/properties to ensure the area and the type of rental accommodation suits your needs. Then attend the Open Home on the day and time as stated on the “Rental Listing”.

2. As we often have properties open several times during the week, you should contact our office on (07) 4131 8877 the morning of the open to ensure the property/properties you have chosen are still available. It is mandatory that you walk through the property before you can sign a General Tenancy Agreement. Application forms are available at the open home, from our office and can be downloaded from our website. All persons 18 and over which will be living at the property must, complete an application form.

3. You are required to read the Standard and Special Terms of the General Tenancy Agreement before you can submit an application form. These terms are available to view at the open home, from our office and from our website. An application cannot be processes unless you have read these Standard and Special Terms.

4. All efforts are taken to ensure your application is process quickly so that you can enjoy your rental accommodation as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to ensure your application is completed in full, signed and have attached all the relevant document copies as stated on the front of the application form. Minimum of 100 points identification is also required. We do not supply a photocopying service.

5. Once your application has been approved, you are required to pay a deposit equal to one weeks rent. This deposit, on the day of occupancy, forms part of your Bond (equivalent to four weeks rent). On the day of occupancy, all persons listed as tenants are required to attend the office to sign the General Tenancy Agreement and other attached document which form part of your tenancy. You are also required to pay the equivalent of five weeks rent. Two weeks rent in advance and the three remaining weeks rent to Bond. (your deposit forms the one week balance to bond). *Important Note: Our office does not accept cash. Your payment can be made by either cheque, money order or bank cheque. Direct payments of rent is encouraged and will be discussed and/or arranged at your sign up appointment.

*Important note: Any application which is incomplete cannot be accepted for processing. Also, your application must meet our Tenancy Selection Critiera listed below.
